Our main specialization is structural engineering and we are proud to mention here that we are leading firm in structural engineering. We are the first ones to use structural software STAAD. Pro in Nepal. We also carry out other works, like preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tender documents and recommendation, to the Client, the best bidder for award of the project.
DETAIL ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR MICRO – HYDROELECTRIC PROJECTS
Our services are also extended to micro-hydroelectric projects. These days, lots of micro-hydroelectric projects are being constructed at various parts of Nepal. We do carry out detail design of such projects.
LAND AND PROPERTY SURVEY
We also carry out survey of land and property for the valuation purpose. People come to us for valuation of their land and property and we try our best to satisfy them.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
For successful execution of construction projects as per the specifications and drawings, construction supervision is very essential. So, we provide quality construction supervision by employing experienced engineers at the Site.
REHABILITATION AND SEISMIC STRENGTHENING DESIGN OF EXISTING BUILDINGS
These-days people have become aware of the potential hazardous affect of earthquake. Hence, more and more people have started rehabilitation and strengthening of their buildings, as this option is cheaper than demolition and total new construction. We have no hesitation to mention that we are pioneer in this field. We carry out assessment of the existing building and seismic strengthening design in case of necessity.

Though we are basically consulting firm, we do not hesitate carry out construction works, as turnkey projects, especially seismic strengthening of existing buildings. Clients will get quality works, as this is relatively new field and there is lack of trained technicians and masons in Nepal. So, we can carry out quality works, so far as this type of work is concerned.
