Narrative Description of Project:
The Project consists of the construction of an apartment building consisting of 2 basements and 17 other floors. The total floor area is 7,339 square meter. There are also various sporting facilities like, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym etc. The duration of the Project was from March, 2010 to April, 2013. Our firm was responsible for the review of the structural design, review of the cost estimate and complete construction supervision. The total cost of the Project is NPR. 265,000,000.00.
