Narrative Description of Project:
The Project consists of the construction of doctors’ apartment at Bhaisepati, Lalitpur. The building is 12 storeyed with total floor area of 11,096 sq.m. Our firm was responsible for the complete consulting services of the project. Design work for the project is completed and it is in the process of approval.

Detail Architectural, Structural, , Sanitary, Electrical Designs, Quantity Survey, Preparation of Cost Estimation, Bill of Quantities Preparation of Tender Documents. Tender Evaluation, Contract Award, Complete Construction Supervision will be done after approval of the Design.
